Availability for 2012

Below shows the availability for each caravan, prices depend on how many guests are staying and at what time of year - please note at present we can only take bookings in school holidays from Saturday to Saturday.

Keys are collected from coded key boxes on the caravans and the security code will be issued a day or so before the holiday as long as all cleared monies and security deposit have been received in full.

The holiday caravan(s) will be ready for occupation by 4pm, departure must be no later than 10am on final day of your holiday to allow cleaning to take place before our next visitors arrive.

Please email us with your preferred dates plus an alternate date, and the number of guests expected, we will then contact you with availability, prices and how to book. If ringing with your enquiry please do leave a message if there is no answer as we cannot always take your call immediately - someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Discounts may be given if caravans are booked together, and/or two consecutive weeks are booked.

A non-refundable 20% deposit (or £50 whichever is higher) and a completed booking form is required to secure your booking.

Attached to the booking form are our terms and conditions (click here to view) when pay the deposit and return a completed booking form (either by post or by mail) regardless of whether it is signed or not, you are agreeing to abide by these t&c's.

Duvets and pillows are included in the hire price, linen is available for an extra charge please ask for details.

The final balance will be required no later than 6 weeks prior to your booking along with a minimum of £100 security deposit (this is dependant on group size and ages) which will be returned within two weeks of your departure once satisfactory cleaning and inventory check has taken place.

Unfortunately due to bad experiences in the past we do not readily accept single sex groups, or where the majority of the group are aged 18 to 21 although, dependant on the situation, may do so with a higher security deposit.
